How do I redeem my reward?

When you accrue 250 points you will be notified the next time you visit your local Nova Pharmacy at which time you can redeem your points and we will issue a $15 Gift Voucher. 

 

Do I receive rewards points on all my purchases?

Points are not accumulated on purchases from the following product categories: prescriptions, nappies, baby formula, paper goods, promotional items & items already discounted.

How do I arrange a replacement card?

If you have lost your Nova VIP club card simply visit your local Nova Pharmacy where the VIP card is registered and our friendly Nova Pharmacy staff will issue a replacement card for you. Alternatively, you are able to request a replacement card online (Link to VIP Replacement Card Section)

How do I update my details?

If your postal address, email address or details have changed you are able to update via our website (link to Update VIP Details) you just need your VIP club card number.


Alternatively present your VIP card in-store at your local Nova Pharmacy (where the VIP card is registered) and our friendly Nova Pharmacy staff will update your details for you.

How many rewards points do I need?

The reward points system is easy, for every $1 you spend in store on applicable products you will receive 1 point.   When you accrue 250 points you will receive a $15 Gift Voucher to use at your local Nova Pharmacy.
